Dave has asked me what I want for Christmas. I know that I am not alone when I admit that I prefer to think about what I can get others; it is the mom in me. It is much easier to come up with fun gifts for my kids and my husband. That is not to say that I don't have things I want, but often the first thought that goes through my mind right after I think what I want is, "I could spend that money on something better-do I really need the boots?" But, then again, Christmas isn't just about need. 
SO, I did a little research and I found these: a fun, sexy, and somewhat unique pair of cowboy boots that I just might have to add to my Christmas list! I started the search with Old Gringo and turquoise, but in the end, I could not rationale those prices...and these seemed to do the trick for what I was envisioning. 

I will have to think if this is where I want to invest my "gift" but if I do, I am bound to feel reconnected, just one more time, with my inner cowgirl: the inner cowgirl who longs to still work on a ranch and play in the mud staring at the Western sky.
